Our staff will arrive at your function around 30-60mins before the start of our hire time. The setup time is not included in the total playing time that we were booked for.
If payment hasn’t been made prior to the event, then payment must be paid to our staff at the start of the function.
Around 2 x 2 meters for the Dj and around 2 x 3 meters for the photobooth area. Also, please provide a table and access to a power point.
Yes, our DJs are up to speed with the latest and most popular music available.
Yes. You simply just need to send us your song requests prior to the event. Or if you have any specific remixes or multicultural music that doesn’t feature in our database, you can simply provide this for us on a USB.
Yes, we definitely encourage this, as it will give us a better understanding of your expectations.
The guests can request songs at your function and we will do our best to play them for you providing we have the songs in our database. However it is up to the Dj’s discretion to make sure the requests are appropriate to play at your function.
Some can, some can’t. If you require a DJ with MC experience, please advise us of this before you book, so we can check to see if we have a DJ suitable.
Our staff are incredibly reliable, however in the highly unlikely situation that we cannot attend your event, we would replace them as quickly as possible with someone who is equally experienced. This is the advantage of booking with an agency, as we have a large pool of staff on our books.
Providing we don’t have another gig or job to get to, then yes, our staff can stay back longer. Overtime payment must be paid before we continue the overtime.
When you book our services, it’s not a requirement to feed our staff. However we would definitely appreciate it, as we usually perform at our best when we are fed and looked after.
Yes we can, providing we are under full shelter and we have close access to power.
Booking a DJ is far more cost effective. Plus a DJs music database is quite large and diverse, allowing you to select a wider range of tracks for your event.
