Melbourne dj hire’s photobooth company was recently booked to provide 3 photobooths for a big annual Telstra event at Crown’s Palladium. The Telstra event was for a a range of outstanding staff members in all different departments of the company’s team. The organisers of the event event had booked 3 different function rooms in the Crown Palladium space, each of the rooms had a different colour code so that the different departments could easily see which room they needed to go to. The organisers had hired special balloon artists to set up an installation of some floating helium balloons all colour coded to place at the entrance of each room. It was a very impressive look when all the guests arrived to see the space.
Each room at the Telstra event had a stage set up with bands and Melbourne Djs and each room had a famous comedian as the MC. During the night awards were given to outstanding staff members and then during the break the guests got to come out to the spacious Palladium foyer to take photos with coworkers and big group photos.
Our attendants noticed that the room where the Melbourne DJ was playing had a very busy dance floor. The photobooth which was designated to that room had the least sessions taken take night. The reason might be because they were all inside the room enjoying the tunes from the Melbourne Dj. The band was great too, they played classic and popular radio tunes, the dancefloor was busy in those rooms where the bands were playing were busy too but the room where the Melbourne Dj was had popular Rnb tracks so the room had a night club vibe.
When you are organising an event with a photobooth it is best to place the photobooth closer to the entrance so that everyone can see that there is a photobooth at the event. Usually, venues will have their bathrooms outside of the event space so when guests are coming in and out of the room they will also be reminded to the photobooth.
