13th Bday – Dj Hire

Melbourne Dj hire and Beauty and the Booth are used to working at 18th birthdays and 21st birthdays but in the last couple of years we have noticed that a 13th birthday is getting very fancy. We have at least one 13th birthday party every month. Mainly it is the girls that love throwing these parties.

Just before Christmas we provided a Melbourne Dj and a photobooth to a girls 13th birthday. The mother had hired a large hall and invited 50 kids and some family to the party. Catering was hired, a Melbourne Dj with a full set up of subwoofers and 2 light stands, a photobooth, a photographer and something that we have never seen at an underage event, a pop up bar. Liquid infusion who is a mobile bar service was set up at the hall and made 4 different types of mocktails for the thirteen year olds.

But usually Melbourne Dj hires clients hold a house party where the teens can dance and have fun in the backyard or the living room, a photobooth is usually hired so the kids can take some photos. The 13th birthday parties where there are a lot of girls the photobooth gets very busy and popular as all the girls love posing and collection strips for a keepsake.

The most lavish 13th birthday parties Melbourne Dj hire and Beauty and the Booth work at are still the bar mitzvahs. Parents hire out big venues, and invite all their family and friends. Our Melbourne Dj even worked at a reception venue at the zoo where the parents hired out the room to hold their sons birthday. The birthday boy really liked animals and the zoo keepers even came into the function with goannas and snakes to give the guests a meet and greet of the animals.

We are looking forward to seeing what other creative ideas these parents have in mind for their thirteen year olds.
