Company award nights – Dj Hire Melbourne

Company award nights are events that all employees look forward to. They get to relax and have a few drinks with their colleagues. Melbourne Dj hire and our photobooth company Beauty and the Booth have worked at a few company award events recently. Companies are now organizing a social event mid year so there is a nice spread of social gatherings over the course of the work year. There would be the end of year celebrations during the Christmas party and then mid year there is another celebration where some of our clients have awards for the success of particular departments or announcements of new systems and new staff members.

Melbourne Dj hire worked at one company award nights, where our clients just hired a function room, provided finger food and drinks and the night was filled with staff that were from all the branch locations in Melbourne. They all came together to the Crown casino for their mid year drinks. Our clients said that they organise this event so that the staff can become more familiar with each other on a social setting which then boosts relationships in the workplace and merges many of the seperate branches together.

There wasn’t a lot of formalities, just a welcome speech and a some thank you speeches for a year of hard work and then after that our Melbourne Dj kicked off the night with some music and everyone got in the mood to have a dance. There was a mix of age groups and music tastes so our Melbourne Dj played a bit of commercial tracks and ended the late part of the night with some popular Rnb. All the staff members had a great night and were joking around with bosses and coworkers about how they loved the mid year work events and that they are looking forward to the Christmas party.
