Grill’d Xmas Party

Melbourne Dj Hire sent one of our party djs and photobooths to the Grill’d Christmas party the other night. You may think that it would be strange to hold a Christmas party in the middle of March, but it is actually quite common for businesses in the hospitality industry to hold their Christmas functions a few months after Christmas. The November and December months are extremely busy and businesses are under the pump already so the last thing these businesses eases need to do is to plan a Christmas party.

This event was also held on a Monday night which is also probably the most quiet night for the hospitality industry. A lot of staff got to take the night off and come to party. Some staff even came to the event after their shifts.

The Grill’d Christmas Party was held in the city. A perfect central location for staff located by in all the different chains all over Melbourne. The event was held at the Royal Melbourne Hotel which is large scale bar with an open area perfect for dancing. Our Melbourne dj was hired to play a mix of pop, commercial and Rnb tracks as well as some popular new club tunes and the dancefloor was full for the entire night.

The organisers also hired a photobooth to entertain their staff for the night and that was a real hit as well. The theme of the night was James Bond so most of the guests dressed up and some teams even had matching costume themes which looked amazing in the photos.

It is always fun for our Melbourne Djs and photobooths to work at the Grill’d Christmas Party, the crowd is always ready to party and take photos and the night is lively and full of entertainment the whole night. There is always an awesome dress up theme and we are looking forward to seeing what theme they come up with next year.
