80s Theme – Djs Melbourne

 Melbourne DJ hire and Beauty and the Booth were lucky enough to provide both DJ services and photobooth services at The Sandhurst Golf Club for a 10 year anniversary party. It was an 80s themed party decorated with coloured balloons, rubrics cubes. The DJ from Melbourne DJ hire bought the best party lights.

We find at Melbourne DJ hire, costume parties are some of the best parties to work at, people get exciting months in advance about their costumes and once they arrive there is a huge ice breaker for all the guests where they are discussing their costumes and what or who they are meant to be. Some one might see a superhero or character and get really excited. Another thing we find that’s different to a normal part is that everyone loves taking photos at costume parties and their character comes out in the poses and photos.

The cake was a giant 3 layered rubrics cube and all the tables were decorated with bright coloured balloons and rubrics cube. We saw leg warmers, coloured tights and heaps of active wear with layers of necklaces. There were a few Michael Jacksons, a man dressed as one of the members of KISS, a Crocodile Dundee, a family of tennis players and lot of punk rockers with their mini punk rockers and mini Madonnas everywhere.

In terms of music our Melbourne DJ played the obvious Madonna, Cindy Lauper, Michael Jackson. Popular songs that get the crowd going were Love Shack, Hey Mickey, Take on Me.
