Father’s Day – Part 2

Melbourne Dj hires photobooth company Beauty and the Booth was booked for another Father’s Day event on Friday where the school booked 2 photo booths from us. The school actually held their Father’s Day event in their auditorium stage building and it was the perfect decision.

It was quite a cold windy day and the organisers had arranged some games out in the basketball field and no one got involved in those games. Instead the dads and the kids all stayed inside, lining up for their photos. The school also set up a handball game for the kids and dads, to have a play. A coffee barista station was also set up and that was a big hit for the days who had to be at school at 8am for the event.

One other activity for the kids which as also a big hit was a decorate your cookie stall. The kids sat down at the table and decorated a piece of fondant with non toxic markers and then the teachers would wet the back of the decoration and glue it on a cookie and put it in a wrapper for the kids to give to their dad.

Outside the school auditorium hall the parents also set up a barbecue where they cooked up eggs and bacon and made bacon and egg rolls. Every 5 minutes there would be a big platter of rolls brought into the hall for the dads and kids to have for breakfast. Someone they can all easily eat with one hand while walking around to see the stalls and activities at the Father’s Day event.

It was a great Father’s Day event full of activities for kids of all ages, great mementos for the dads to keep and plenty of food to go around. Melbourne Dj hire suggested to the school to book two photobooths for the hour just so that everyone get a turn to take a photo and t was a best decision they made. There was always a constant line at the booth and our photobooth go to everyone who lined up for a photo.
