Newman College – Melbourne Djs

Melbourne Dj hire, Beauty and the Booth and our roaming photographer Eva Q Photography recently provided a trio of services to a Melbourne University city boarding college named Newman College. The students at the college organised a sports ball for their fellow neighbours.

 

Our in-house photographer Eva Q went to the college at for the first hour of the booking to take some pre ball photos with all the students. Newman College has a big oval area rich in photography locations. The students lined up for professional photos, team photos and club photos. Couple photos and groups of friends also took a lot of shots with each other.

 

Newman College is also has an impressive chapel available for hire for weddings. It is a tall grand chapel with stain glass windows and a lot of seating. If you would like to see some photos of the chapel there are a lot of Instagram posts at the Newman College location. It’s perfect if you would like a church ceremony and then want to take photos in the city and also if you are holding your reception in the city.

 

After some on campus photos all the students headed to San Remo Ballroom for the actual ball. The venue was about a 15 minute walk from the campus or a 5 minute Uber ride. The ballroom is very popular for college events as it’s very close to the city, it fits a lot of people and here is a very big dance floor. A Melbourne Dj knows for sure a uni event will have a busy dance floor. Students love getting into the dance floor and there is always alcohol in the food package.

 

The students all had a great time dancing to our Melbourne Djs tracks and Newman College also hired a photobooth for 3 hours so the students could get photos with all their friends and team mates. It was a great night with great photos that the student will enjoy for years to come.
