Chisholm Tafe – Melbourne Djs
Melbourne Dj hire’s photobooth company Beauty and the Booth are occasionally booked to provide a photobooth for the students at Chisholm TAFE. Students get to interact with the staff at Chisholm and also get to learn about all the student services that the TAFE offers. The last 2 weeks that past, Beauty and the Booth were booked to provide 6 photobooths for 6 different days as part of the orientation day for the courses that started mid semester. Our contact at the student life department had organised free coffee and donuts to engage with the students and to also personally welcome them to the school.
Chisholm TAFE is one of the regular colleges that hire a photobooth quite regularly. They also have a lot of campuses spaced out in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne and they try to have engagement and activities at all campuses. Free food is usually available to students as well is stationary and activities like a photobooth or video games.
A indigenous dance crew was also hired to give a performance during one of the events Chisholm organised for Harmony Week. The week is about celebrating diversity and a message of everyone belonging. The dance crew performed some traditional aboriginal dances along with some revamped hip hop routines and towards the end of the performance the crew encouraged all the guests to join in for a group dance.
Melbourne Dj Hire also work at the Chisholm Tafe Christmas party. Last year our GIF photobooth was sent out to the staff Christmas party, the staff got to take photos and also receive a GIF of their session to share on social media. Our set up was so impressive that the organiser for all the student events got in touch with us during the start of the year orientation week to provide 5 photobooths for most of their campuses.
Chisholm TAFE is a great place to study and staff are so passionate about getting the students involved. Melbourne Dj Hire look forward to more fun events and see what other ideas they come up with to engage students.
