One of our Melbourne DJ worked at a house wedding during spring time on a beautiful warm night, our clients house was in the countryside so there was a large beautiful yard with ample space for dance floor, tables, bars and even a seating section. There were beautiful flower bushes to create the most beautiful backdrop for family photos and when the sunset, the garden was decorated with fairy lights and lanterns which created a magic vibe to the wedding.

There were rows of tables set up outside and decorated with jars, candles and flowers. Everything that was used could have been recycled so they must have saved the couple a lot of money and after the wedding the jars could be saved and used for another wedding.

So if you are looking to have a layed back and relaxed wedding, consider throwing it at home. It is cheaper and more personable and it would be fun to decorate and transform your home into a cosy party space.
