Crown Casino Event

Melbourne DJ Hire was booked to provide a Melbourne DJ and open photobooth at an event at Crown Casino last week. The event was a mid week gala dinner for a well known retail chain, the attendees were at Crown Casino for a 3 day conference and the organisers held their gala dinner at the end of the event. Staff were dressed up and ready to enjoy a few drinks and have a nice meal with each other. 

The event was actually an awards night and the company set up a presentation to award their long serving staff, highest achieving stores and also the best selling suppliers. The night also had a number of speeches from managers and award winners. A lot of companies haven’t run an event for 3 years and they are making sure they present and make as many announcements and thank you speeches as possible to get their message across to their staff. 

After all the formalities were over, Melbourne DJ Hire started playing the dance set and played the right type of tracks to suit the demographic. Since it was an older crowd, our Melbourne party dj played a lot of 80s throwbacks with a mix of new popular commercial tracks like Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift.

The clients also booked an open photobooth as a fun element to treat their guests, couples and family businesses all got together to get a nice photo in the photobooth. Team members also got into the photobooth get a group photo as a memento of the night. Our client also booked a GIF photobooth so the guests had the option of receiving the digital copies of their photos or GIF clip.
