Band or Dj

When you are planning your wedding, you have a vision on how your night will go. Most likely you would like the night to be full of fun and dancing and that means you need to organise a band or a Dj. Our photobooth worked at a wedding which hired a band. The great thing about bands is that it has a really lively atmosphere with all the musicians and singers. Guests feel like they are at a concert. The bad thing about the band was that the musicians needed to take breaks and no matter how full the dance floor is, no matter how much fun the guests were having, the music would stop and the performers would take their break. 

Dancing usually happens after the main meals and when the music stops, guests will go back to their seats and chat or mingle around. It seemed quite strange, the dance floor just stopping and not having anything happening at the wedding for 20 minutes. Another disadvantage of hiring is a wedding band is the price, if you are hiring a 4 piece band you are paying 4 musicians and the costs really adds up.
