Daytime Corporate Events

It is very rare that our Melbourne Djs get hired for daytime corporate events but our photobooth company Beauty and the Booth are invited to a lot of daytime corporate events to add a bit of fun and entertainment to a day full of speeches and presentations. 

The other week Melbourne Dj hire’s photobooth company was invited to provide a photobooth to a staff day. Staff from all over Victoria gathered into the one place. They got to introduce themselves to all their coworkers and also participated in a lot of team building exercises. The photobooth was set up to take large photos of each of the different teams. The organisers had announced that each team would get 1 minute to pose in the open booth in front of all the other staff members. The best set of photos would win a team dinner. 

During the break for morning tea and lunch more staff where able to get photos with their groups and friends. It meant that the attendees also were encouraged to get up and walk around to see and talk to other colleges rather than being stuck in there seats. It was a nice memento for them to take home and and also got to get every one up from their seats and have fun. 

It is very important for guests to have a little bit of fun during serious daytime corporate events. Usually the whole day is full of seminars, speeches and training. So it is great to also hire a photobooth for a little or bit fun to break up the serious mood. The most successful daytime corporate event Melbourne Dj hire have done is an international conference where delegates from each of the different countries got to take photos with the colleagues and also get to take the photo home as a souvenir.
