Creative Cubes

Melbourne Dj Hire recently sent out one of our photobooths for a joint 71st birthday party at South Melbourne’s Creative Cubes studio. The space is actually designed as a shared office space where small businesses can hire the space to work at a much cheaper price than hiring a permanent work space. Creative Cubes in South Melbourne conveniently also have a function and event space called MicDrop. 
MicDrop was a large room with amazing city views, a little kitchenette and lift access. The venue could cater for just over 150 people and was the perfect space to host a 71st birthday. There was ample seating and tables for the guests to feel comfortable and the room came with a large projector for a PowerPoint video that the family had made for their father. The family also organised their own catering and could bring in their own drinks as well. It was little a room with all the facilities you could even want in a venue, but you could also save money by organising your own food.
The event space at Creative Cubes, was like a blank canvas, the space was simple and sleek so it could be decorated for a festive private event, but simple enough to also host a corporate seminar or conference. It is very accessible via public transport and because it is situated in the same building as Woolworths, there is an underground car park for attendees who will drive in. Event spaces like Creative Cubes which a simple bump in procedure makes life a lot easier for our Melbourne Djs as our staff won’t need to move our cars from the loading zones or look for off street parking. 
Melbourne DJ Hire would definitely recommend Creative Cubes for all types of events, from private celebrations to the more formal corporate events like conferences. Creative Cubes have a number of locations in Melbourne Inner East suburbs and are a truly hidden gems for all event planners.
