FESTIVALS – DJS MELBOURNE
The Ashburton Festival.
Once again Melbourne DJ hire and Beauty and the Booth were booked to work side by side at the Ashburton Festival. The festival was held on High St with a range of local stall holders from the local banks, to the local schools and community groups. The street was filled with family’s and older couples and kids that were roaming freely running for the rides and food and spraying each other with party foam.
Our Melbourne party DJ Michael and our open photobooth had been set up near the rides so once you were down that end of the festival you could hear up beat pop music and get your phototaken. The open photobooth was extremely busy with all the kids and then the kids would want a photo with their parents. One family had bought their dog along to the festival and took a photo with their dog. A lot of the times our photobooth is booked for a wedding or a birthday at a venue where dogs are not allowed and when you are at an outdoor event it’s great to take that opportunity and get a snap with your four legged friend.
Our festival marquee was sponsored by the generous people at the Ashburton Bank of Melbourne Branch. The lovely staff were signing up people for a draw to win $100 cash and received interest from the parents who had kids waiting to use the photobooth.
The Ashburton Festival was a huge success and everyone there seemed to have a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Melbourne DJ hire and Beauty and the Booth are very much looking forward to working with them again.
