Adwards Night – Melbourne Djs

Nestlé awards night.

Melbourne DJ hire and Beauty and the Booth were both booked for Nestle’s Victorian conference at St Kilda’s Novotel Hotel. One of our favourite Melbourne DJs Ash was playing at the conference and of course there wasn’t a lot of dancing at the start of the awards night so Ash played the popular party tunes when the awards we called out to boost the mood in the room. He played the popular yet a little daggy tunes like Thriller, Shake It Off, Everybody ny backstreet boys and a lot more and everyone loved it and it made the award winners do a daggy little dance when they went up on stage to collect their award.

The clients from Nestle had hired an open photobooth as well and we were set up outside in the foyer which had the perfect amount of room. Foyer set ups work really well because there is so much room for us to use without getting in the way of guests and the waiters we are outside and people are more encouraged to get up and wAlk around to the foyer and then start mingling with other guests.

That being said, even though the DJ was inside and the photobooth was outside there were still a lot of people inside dancing, this works really well for an event with a lot of people because eventhough there are 25 people outside using the booth there are still plenty of people inside to fill the dancefloor.

It was a great event for Melbourne DJ hire to work at, the staff at Nestle were a great fun crowd and even gave us samples of their new chocolate flavours!
