Greythorn Halloween

Melbourne Dj hires photobooth company Beauty and the Booth are hired every year at the Greythorn Halloween event. Greythorn is a little village in he suburb of Balwyn and there is a large local shopping strip on the main road where all the local businesses trade. Every year on the night of Halloween the Greythorn shops decorate the street and the shops with scary Halloween decorations and props.

 

All the local businesses get involved in the Greythorn Halloween event by handing out candy to all the children who come into the shop to trick or treat. It is also a great opportunity for the local businesses to connect with the local community and another way to promote their goods and services. We saw a local bank handing out enviro bags with their logo on it and the local gym which we set up our photobooth on displayed their flyers with a special offer on it. The local butchers set up a little barbecue station and gave mini samples of their sausages and the local community groups set up a sausage sizzle to raise money for their organisation.

 

The organisers of the Greythorn Halloween event organise the photobooth to be set up in the local gym every year, the event has grown so much since the first festival in 2014. Now there are rides like the spinning tea cups and slides for the children and there is also music playing on the street. This year there was a haunted house that the kids could go into. A Melbourne Dj would also be a great idea for this event as there is an area for the rides. In the future there could be food trucks and seating set up for an area to sit down and enjoy the rides, food and music.

 

Melbourne Dj hires photobooth has a great time every year at the Greythorn Halloween event and look forward to seeing what is install at this ever expanding event over the next few years.
