Seniors in photobooths
It’s funny to see the difference between young and old and how they react to photobooths.
The younger crowd can’t get enough of it and the booth is running non stop at the event. The love group shots. The love to put on as many props as possible and cram in as much people as they can. Oh and they love to photobomb. The biggest difference I have noticed is the younger crowd is super quick to change props only needing 3 seconds. Where the older crowd need about 15 seconds and even then sometimes it is not enough.
The older the crowd the more they appreciate photos taken with loved ones. My cousin got married and hired one of our booths and my grandmother took her first photobooth photo. When I went to visit her the photos were no where to be seen. I asked her where they were and she said they were in her handbag. She had been showing all her friends the photos. They are a great momento for parties of all ages. Parties that we go to the younger crowd hit the photobooth hard but once the older crowd have done a few sessions, they tell all their friends all their friends come over. They do heaps and heaps of photos. They can’t get enough if it.
A lot of the times they get in the photobooth and take one photo and walk out and I have to stop them and tell them to take 3 more. Almost every time they can’t decide on a prop and miss the shot as well. But as I said, once they have taken one photo they know how it works and the rest of the night they are smashing out great photos. It is also a bonus for them when we they receive a DVD of all the images of the night. They can see the large image and they can even take the files into Kmart and develop them into bigger images. Some clients have loved the booth photos so much that they have blown them up as a canvas to hang on the wall.
Melbourne DJ hire and Beauty and the Booth love senior parties. Everyone has a great time enjoying the old music and photobooth. Their dance moves are great as well!
