School Mass – Dj Hire

Usually our photographers shoot school formals and university balls, we shoot birthdays and other corporate events. But the other night our photographer was booked for a high school year 12 graduation. It was for a catholic girls college and the first part of the night was a school mass.

 

Our roaming photographer captured shots of parents entering and also took photos of the students who were volunteering to help out on the night. The start of the school mass was a ceremony of the year 12 students entering the dark auditorium holding candles. Our photographer captured moody photos of the students faces being lit up with the warm lit candles.

 

As for musics, hiring a Melbourne Dj probably wouldn’t be appropriate for the night but the students in the school choir did sing a long and the year 12 student band did perform an upbeat pop song where all the students clapped and sang along with the band.

 

The school mass was conducted in a light hearted manner with the priest asking the girls what they have achieved this year and getting the students involved by asking them to name the activities and good work that have done. He also congratulated them on all their achievements as a whole year level and said some kind words about how well he thinks they will all do when they leave the college. Melbourne Dj hire work for this school quite often. We play at their school formals and valedictory dinner every year also providing photobooths and photographers. At the end of the school mass our roaming photographer also set up a curtain and took photos of the students with the families. It was lovely meeting all the wonderful families and students of a school we have gotten to know so well.
