Weather watch – Dj Hire

Melbourne Dj hire and our Melbourne photobooth company Beauty and the booth are booked out every year. But the Christmas period is the busiest time for us and the last week of November and the first two weeks of December are absolutely crazy with weekend bookings. So when there was a level 10 rain and weather warning it is safe to say that we were very very stressed.

Melbourne Dj Hire had a lot of jobs over that weekend in the city which had very complicated setups. So one issue was getting there, were the roads going to be flooded and were our Melbourne DJs going to get delayed? Then there was the issue with parking, were our Melbourne DJs going to finding parking close to the venue? If we are parked far away then we would have to walk in all our equipment in the rain which could be damaging to our equipment and dangerous if the ground is slippery or if we are loading up stairs that is also dangerous.

It was forecasted that the whole weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday was going to be heavy rain. One of our clients for the job on the Friday came to the party half an hour early because his über driver said that it would take them to get from the city to south Melbourne and there was no traffic on the roads nor was their any rain.

In the end, Friday ended up to be ok, there was no rain in the evening. Saturday was very wet loading in and out but there was no flooding or delays on the roads and Sunday was a bit chilly but no rain. So Melbourne Dj Hire were really thankful that the weather was not as bad as the weatherman predicted.
