Anniversary Party – Melbourne Djs

Melbourne Dj hired and beauty and the booth are occasionally booked for anniversary parties. They are usually a small affair with close family and friends usually in the form of a cocktail party but on some occasions we have had a client organise a large party for the celebration, it was almost like a second wedding. Just recently Melbourne Dj Hire were booked to Dj for a 25 year anniversary at a reception venue where there were over 300 guests.

There was a 3 course meal and also a dance number from the happily married couple. The bride was a big Zumba fanatic and she had invited a group of friends whom she did Zumba with and they all broke out into a big Zumba dance number in the middle of the function.

The guests loved the photobooth and some family from overseas even came down to Melbourne for the event so they loved taking photos with each other as a keepsake to take back home.

Our Melbourne Dj played a lot of the classics as well as some newer music for the Zumba fans and the kids and their friends and parents were also invited so they all danced along to the music, we played Bruno Mars, Beyoncé, Ed Sheeran and then for the older crowd we played the classic Van Morrison’s, Brown Eyed Girl and anything by ABBA.

It a very large scale party for an anniversary and it is very rare that Melbourne Dj hire are booked for an anniversary party of this size. It was just a great way to spend time with friends and family and also to celebrate such a special day.
