Year 12 Celebrations

Melbourne DJ Hire have our first job in a long time. We are providing a roaming photographer for a regular client of ours. This client is a school who hires our Melbourne DJs, photobooths and photographers for their formal, graduations and ceremonies. The event that they have booked us for is a Year 12 Celebration on campus. 
The students will be dressing up and celebrating the morning with all their classmates and teachers, there will also be a presentation all of their achievements and awards for the students. The photographer will be there to capture all these moments with students and teachers as well as roam around and take photos of groups of friends. We also set up a nice backdrop at the school so that the students have space to take some selfies or a formal style of photo. 
A Year 12 Celebration is an event we are usually very busy with towards the end of the year. Schools book us for on campus presentations, graduation cocktail parties and also the more formal style valedictory dinners where parents are also invited to party with the students. Our Melbourne DJs are booked to play music for the students and teachers to dance to, our photobooth is set up to capture memories of the students and also their fabulous costumes if it is a dress up day. 
In 2020 a lot of Year 12 celebrations and graduations were postponed due to restrictions, so there were a lot of events at the start of 2021 to make up for the cancelled events of the previous year. Melbourne Dj Hire actually found these events to be very lively and wholesome as the students had already moved on to university or work so there was a lot to catch up on and all students were so happy to each other.
