Halloween 2021

Melbourne DJ Hire had a relatively low-key Halloween 2021 this year. Usually, we are booked for Halloween parties but since there were still restrictions in place our Melbourne Djs were unable to work. In previous years, our DJs would work at house parties where families would organise a late-night dress up party with music, games and food and some Halloween games. Some businesses would also book a DJ or a photobooth for an in house dress up party after work. 
There was a client of ours who managed a whole strip of local shops and every year, they would organise a trick or treat event for the local kids where the kids would collect candy from all the different stores. The event coordinator also booked a photobooth from Melbourne DJ Hire and the kids could also pop into the local gym to also get their picture taken in their Halloween costumes. Even though no events for formally organised, a lot of home owners did organise trick or treating for local kids and decorated their houses and handed out candy.
Another popular Halloween event that would take place would be University events. University balls would organise a formal in conjunction with Halloween so the students can also dress up and get amazing photos in their costumes. Photobooths are actually very popular during Halloween as everyone would want a photo of their costumes. Melbourne DJ Hire also drape some spider webs and put out some scary props and signs for guests to pose in. Our Melbourne DJ would play Halloween themed songs like Thriller, Monster Mash, Ghostbusters and even I Want Candy. 
It was a shame that no events were held in Halloween 2021 but we are sure that Halloween next year will be a big one and event organisers would go all out to decorate and make these events spookier and more fun than ever.
