Oscar’s Party – Dj Hire Melbourne

Melbourne Dj hire’s partnering photobooth company had worked for a clients annual Halloween party every year. But this year our clients decided to do things a bit differently and throw an Oscars party, not scary but still very fun and exciting. You may think that an Oscars party is where the guests would watch the telecast of the Oscars, and all look like movie stars ready for the red carpet, but the was to the case at this party. Our Melbourne Dj showed up to set up his equipment and he was greeted by a minion and our hostess was dressed as Dorothy from Wizard of Oz. It soon became obvious to our Melbourne Dj that this was a Hollywood and movie themed party.

These generous clients of ours love throwing parties for no reason, they book a Melbourne Dj and photobooth just to show their friends a good time. The garage was turned into a big dance floor where Melbourne Dj hire set up and towards the end of the night there was their own Oscars award, for the best costumes for kids and family.

Some costumes were really creative, a pair of sisters dressed like the ballerina from the black swan with a black tutu and make up, her sister was the white swan. We had a dad dressed like a minion and him and his daughter wore matching minion costumes. There was another family who all came as the Addams Family and another family all dressed up as characters from the wizard of oz. Melbourne Dj Hire look forward to this fun party every year and can’t wait to see what costumes everyone comes up with next year!
