Parties During Delta

Melbourne has pretty much been in lockdown since the end of May. The delta outbreak seems to be putting us in and out of lockdown for the past few months. It is pretty obvious how contagious this new delta variant is. Melbourne is in its 6th lockdown and there doesnt seem to be an end in sight. There were 80 cases reported today and only half of the cases were in isolation.

Event and party organisers are less likely to organise indoor events, if masks are required to be worn at the event. We have noticed that couples who are planning weddings would like to wait until dancing is allowed at parties and dancing is likely to be prohibited if masks are still mandatory.
But since spring and summer is coming up,  outdoor events where there can be a lot of space for social distancing can be a safe party option during the delta pandemic. Parties during delta are totally possible, there are so many open spaces in Melbourne that can host outdoor events. Local parks, gardens and even the outdoor areas at uni and school campuses would be the ideal space for parties during delta. There is plenty of space for a Melbourne Dj to play and even if people wanted to dance, there is a lot of space for people to dance while abiding to the social distancing rules.
