The important thing to know, is that our photographers shoot a large number of events every month, unlike a portrait photography session where it is relatively relaxed and a slower pace, our photographers are used to shooting important photography moments at a very fast pace. We rarely set up studio lighting at an event because it takes up too much space and difficult to move around the venue, so we usually have an on camera flash which is enough to light up faces and get the right shot quickly. 

Whenever our team shoot an event, we have a formula to stick to in order for us to capture these important photography moments. With a birthday, engagement or any private type of function, we make sure we capture a number of important family shots of the birthday person or couple with their immediate family and other extended family members. We also make sure we keep an eye on the birthday person the whole night and ask them if they would like photos with their friends and document their night when they are hugging, greeting, smiling and laughing, these candid moments are a great way to show the life and atmosphere of a party. Then we are also front and center when it is time for speeches and the cutting of the cake. Our photographers are also very experienced in capturing a busy dancefloor, our photographers literally get in the middle of the dancefloor and shoot the energetic dance moves and smiles from everyone.
