Skate World

Over the weekend our open photobooth was booked for a private function at Skateworld in Mordialloc. This fun and active party was for a girls Bat Mitzvah and the entire venue was booked out for family and friends. Skateworld is a popular spot for kids and teenage parties over the weekend and is perfectly set up for functions with several booths available for hire for multiple functions during the day. There is also a small corner for arcade games if some kids would like to play some pinball or racing car games. 

Skateworld also has their own DJ booth and speaker system when they can play the latest pop tunes for the guests to sing along and skate to. The party package comes with an in house Melbourne DJ from Skateworld who also acts as the MC to make any special announcements or organising any party games for the guests. The guests played skate limbo, a skating race and more fun activities during the course of the night, there is also an impressive party light set up which adds a dancefloor vibe to the skating rink. 

Each guest will also have the choice of hiring a pair of rollerblades or rollerskates at the function. Kids have a range of sizes and options to choose from and the venue also has protective gear for younger guests or first time skaters. The skate rink is a large space and had plenty of space for over 80 people to comfortably skate on. 

Our Melbourne DJs have never worked at Skateworld as they have their own in house Djs and it isnt really a dance party. But our photobooths and photographers have worked there before and it is a fun place to hold your party if you have a child who loves being active. It is a venue which is perfect for an older child and even teenagers, it a fun and different experience and you will be sure to make some wonderful memories here.
