Church Wedding

Over the weekend Melbourne dj hire and our partnering photobooth company Beauty and the Booth were booked yet again for another church wedding. Our Melbourne DJs have worked at churches before for weddings but we find that they are becoming more and more popular. Not only are they a really affordable venue but churches are fully equipped to hold events.

One reason is because most churches are big. Well big enough to seat a lot of people making the church chapel the perfect place to hold your ceremony so that everyone gets a good view. Most churches also have a kitchen of some sort so it is perfect for catering to be set up. A church that our Melbourne Dj worked at had a large foyer area where long tables were set up and a buffet of food was placed out for guests to help themselves. There was also an outdoor area at this church where the bride and groom set up a lemonade stand. Perfect for a summer wedding.

The church which our Melbourne dj played at over the weekend had a huge hall and there were rows and rows of tables and decorations set up and even enough room for Melbourne dj hire to set a dancefloor. There was a large buffet and also a large foyer where the photobooth was set up. The clients brought in external catering who set up the mains and then the desserts. After the wedding was over there was about 80 of the bride and grooms family pitching in to help tidy up the church and put all the tables and chairs back.

It’s no wonder why churches are such an easy way to throw a large event.
