Photo Shoots – Melbourne Djs
As you may already know Melbourne Dj Hire send out roaming photographers for events such as birthdays, engagement parties, corporate events and also weddings. Our photographers usually get to the event 15-20 minutes before the start time just to set up their camera gear and get a few test shots of the space to get a gauge for the lighting at the event.
When Melbourne Dj Hire’s photographers start we usually ask the hosts if they would like some formal photo shoots of family or even a team photo for corporate events. If it is a birthday party our photographers usually encourage a family photo shoot with immediate family and if some extended family like grandparents and cousins are around we try to get a few shots of that as well.
With an engagement party our roaming photographers try to set up a few photo shoots. We try to get some nice posed shots of the couple in front of a nice background. Most venues these days have fairy lights and fancy light fixtures that can add some beautiful glows to the photos. Some of our couples hire balloon garland installations and also flower or grass walls which are the perfect backdrop to photo shoots.
Weddings are a different story, our roaming photographers are occasionally booked to do a photo shoot with the bride and groom while they are getting ready, while we are there we also do a little photo shoot with the immediate family and also the bridal party. Then we head to the ceremony. After the ceremony our photographer usually takes the couple somewhere to do a professional photo shoot. If there is a sunset happening at the time of the wedding then we try to encourage a photo shoot during that time to get some great sunset shots.
