Corporate Events At Showtimes

Over the weekend Melbourne DJ Hire worked at a corporate event at Showtimes Events in Docklands. The event was for an accounting consulting firm and they were holding an End of Financial Year event for their staff and their special clients. This accounting firm usually holds this event every year and due to covid, they haven’t held an event like this for a couple of years. The night was just about celebrating their success and growth over the last couple of years and a great opportunity for clients to meet the staff face to face. 

Not only did the client book a Melbourne DJ, but they also booked an open photobooth so that staff could take photos with their clients. The photobooth was quiet at the start of the night but once people got some drinks in and got into the party mood, a lot of staff came in to take photos together and clients also took photos together. 

The theme of the event was disco and the client went to a lot of effort to transform Showtimes into a disco party. The client had book a giant light up disco dancefloor and they had also set up a glitter sequin balloon backdrop for the Melbourne DJ to set up in. So once you entered the room, the first thing you would see was the impressive light up disco dancefloor and the Dj set up. It was very hard for guests not to get up and have a dance. 

Corporate events at Showtimes are always popular, it is very accessible via public transport with the tram and train. It is also very close to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre so attendees who are down in Melbourne for conferences can also easily find Showtimes.
