Thomas – DJ Hire

Melbourne Dj Hire work at theme parties all the time, costume parties are a great way to get guests excited about your party and the photos turn out great! Over the weekend we sent one of our Melbourne Djs to a kids party that had a Thomas the Tank Engine theme. 

A Thomas theme was everywhere at the party, there was a food table set out like a train and each carriage was filled with different foods. There was sandwiches cut into shapes of trains, Thomas face biscuits and also a very impressive candy dessert bar that was decorated with blue and red candy. 

This Thomas party reminded our Melbourne Dj about another train themed party that we worked at. But it wasn’t a kids party, it was a 50th birthday. The wife had planned the party as a surprise and booked a photobooth and a Melbourne Dj. The whole room was filled with the usually balloons but the lovely wife had also painted a cardboard cut out of a train and decorated the cake table with a train. 

It was the first time that Melbourne Dj hire had worked at a train themed party for an adult party. Common adult party themes we work at include Great Gatsby, Hollywood, James Bond or a Halloween party or even costume parties from a particular era like the 70s or 80s.

When it comes to a theme for a kids party then the sky is the limit. Mums and dads get really excited about throwing a party based on whatever their child is into at the time. We have worked at pirate parties, donut themed parties, dinosaur parties and so much more. The parents get really creative on which type of entertainment and suppliers to hire for the day and also decorate the party space in amazing decorations to transform the venue or house into a different world. 

This Thomas party was one of those great looking parties where every where you looked there was something that reminded you of Thomas and great photo opportunities in every corner.
