It can be quite confusing when it comes to how long to book suppliers for. There are so many suppliers that you hire for events, the Melbourne djs, photographers, photobooth, videographers and it can be hard to decide when each supplier should finish up.

You should also book the Dj to start before your guests arrive as it can be quite intrusive if the Dj is bumping his equipment when guests are arriving. It is best to have the photographer to arrive at the start of the function so that they can capture some set up details like flowers, balloons and other decorations. It is also a good idea to take some family photos at the start of the event just so that these important shots are in the album and we don’t need to chase after family members in a large room full of guests.
