Netball Presentation Events
Melbourne Dj Hire have been very busy the last couple of months with Netball Presentations. A number of local teams throw a big presentation with their players, coaches and sponsors to celebrate the year. Depending on budget, some clubs organise a formal sit down type of gala dinner and hire a photobooth, photographer and Melbourne DJ. There are other clubs that only organise a casual presentation and hire the photobooth to entertain the players.
From our experience, there are 2 different types of netball clubs, there is a junior club which is for children aged 7-17 and then there is a senior’s league for over 18s. The junior club events, will usually include a photobooth or photographer as they girls really love having fun with all the photos and props. Then the seniors league will usually book a Melbourne DJ to get the dancefloor going at the end of the night, and they will also book a photographer so they can have professional photos with their awards and teams.
With any presentation nights, a lot of the time goes towards presentations and after you get through all the player and speeches, there could be up to 2 hours lost to presentations. A lot of our clients have a little break in between the presentations and let people grab a drink, mingle or make use of the photobooth.Melbourne DJ Hire worked at a junior netball presentation over the weekend but they didnt hire a Melbourne DJ, they only hired the photobooth for the kids to use. The kids got to use the photobooth prior to the presentation and then in the break and there was only one hour left when the presentations finished, so they played music through the in house speaker system and the players were able to enjoy the last part of the night by taking photos and dancing on stage.
