Amazing House Party
Melbourne DJ Hire worked at an amazing house party over the weekend. The mother totally transformed her garage and alfresco area into a nightclub for her twin daughters 18th birthday. All of their extended family and friends were invited and there were a lot of different areas where the guests could mingle, dance and have some down time.
The garage was cleared so that our Melbourne DJ could set up their gear and run a dancefloor in the garage. There was also a mobile bar that was set up so that the guests could order some fancy cocktails. A balloon garland was also set up so that the clients could take some fun photos in front of the display as the client had also hired our roaming photographer to take some photos on the night. The clients had a large double garage so there was plenty of space for several different zones in the main party space.
The alfresco area had a set up of bar tables and stools so that guests could have a seat and mingle if they wanted time away from the dancefloor. The parents also decorated the alfresco area with fairy lights hanging on the ceiling and some fairy lights on the tables to light up the space.
The key to an amazing house party is to set up your spaces correctly, have a zone for eating, have a zone for photos, have a zone for the dancefloor and have a zone for people to have a seat and chat or to have a break from the music. It is also a good idea to transform the space as well, we have a lot of clients move all of their garage storage into the shed or another area of the house, we have also see some other families move their garage items onto shelving units and then cover the unit with a white sheet. This creates a great looking space and transport guests into a party space that is fun and clutter free and if you decorate your space with balloons and fairy lights your guests will have more places to take some amazing party photos.
