Custom Themed Props

If you have looked around on the Melbourne DJ Hire website then you would know that we have a wide range of services when it comes to party hire. One of our most popular services is our photobooth and when you book our photobooth you will also receive a box of fun props to use in the photobooth, these include some bright sparkly hats, funny novelty glasses and catch phrase signs and much more. However, some clients also provide their own props as well if they have a special themed party.

The other night, Melbourne Dj Hire worked at a wedding where the bride and groom made their own custom themed props. They were large cardboard cut outs of their faces, the guests really enjoyed using these faces as it looked like the guests were posing with the couple in their photo. Friends of the couple also had fun using these cut out faces in some funny poses.

A lot of other clients specifically ask for special themed props especially when it is a themed party or a special occasion. A popular prop option are Great Gatsby props, 80s themed costumes and we have also worked at special ethnic themed festivals where the clients requested custom themed props as well.Custom themed props really do make the photos more special than the standard photobooth prop box as each photo is on theme and if it is a corporate event or public event the organisers can also use these photos for their promo material in the future. We worked at a Greek Festival a couple of years ago where the organisers had requested some custom themed props, we provided the attendees with ancient Greece wigs, signs, headpieces and much more. The photos turned out really well and the organisers are now able to use these photos on their social media and promo material.
