Mount Dandenong Wedding Venues

Our Melbourne DJ and photobooth was booked for a job at Poets Lane over the weekend. It was a lovely Sunday evening wedding with an early reception start time. Mount Dandenong wedding venues are extremely popular as the grounds are so big and spacious with stunning gardens and also have very cost effective wedding packages. The venue seemed to have some amazing packages to suit all budgets, ranging from a standard package and then some gourmet options as well.  

The wedding venues, in Mount Dandenong all have a similar decor theme with gardens and trees draped with enchanting fairy lights, floral gardens for some stunning colours and large outdoor areas for guests to explore and take photos. The fact that their gardens are so well designed and maintained makes these wedding venues extra appealing for couples as they are able to take so many amazing wedding photos at their reception centre. They don’t need to drive to another destination for their photoshoot. 

Our staff have worked at a number of these venues and we are aware that most of them have a built in chapel which is perfect for a religious style ceremony or even a great option for a wet weather option. If the venue has an large outdoor space, they can even hold the ceremony outdoors.  Our Melbourne Djs usually set up in at the reception but there have been times where the couple have asked up to set up to play during the ceremony and a short period after the ceremony as well. 

Some guests even book rooms at the venue and stay the night as some of these wedding venues have some spare rooms where a number of guests can stay. Even if you were not planning on staying the night, the drive back to Melbourne is only one hour. There are also taxi services you can book at the end of the night as well and some couples even hire a mini buses to take guests back to the east, or west.
