Five years ago Melbourne Dj Hire brought in a team of talented photographers to join the business. Since then our talented photographers are now shooting weddings for our clients. Our photographers work at events every week so we have a lot of experience and knowledge about how we work our cameras, crowds and venues. We also have a lot of experience shooting the smaller weddings at venues that are more low key and don’t necessarily have the best backdrops for couple shots. So in this blog post we will be giving you some photography tips and ideas on what to do if you may not know where to take a good photo. 

One of the best and effective photography tips we can give is to take some confetti with you to a wedding. Confetti gives a great effect to photos and fun energy to any photo. Have your couple standing facing each other and a share a kiss while you get someone to shower them in confetti. Rose petals also work very well and look very romantic. 

If you want to want to take some great photos at night with some very interesting lights then you can’t go past some sparklers. They are cheap and they are so effective in creating a very interesting and magical shot. Have the couple hold the sparklers up and give each other an intimate smile or kiss. If the couple has the budget to do so then they can give each of their guests a sparkler and have a sparkler send off at the end of their wedding.
